How to make a sustainable fashion statement at your wedding.

The 1980s called - and it's wondering why more modern brides are not wearing its dresses?


What's wrong with a bit of slow fashion guys?


As cascading skirts go, it doesn't get much better than this one. And as for making an entrance? I doubt you'd find a more EPIC dress.



This dress stands the test of time and personally, I really like the sleeves.


Not your cup of tea?


There are a million and one ways to customise a vintage wedding dress - yes, you could start with the sleeves and perhaps turn this into a two piece; the top half becoming much sleeker and no frills but that's a whole other post!

Vintage is now.


It doesn't cost the earth and there are some terrific vintage wedding dresses out there from the 80s - and I intend to find them.
